Whistleblower Protection Act at DSR Hotel Holding

The Whistleblower Protection Act has now been in force since 2 July 2023. DSR Hotel Holding GmbH and its affiliated companies have implemented this topic as part of their compliance management concept and set up the necessary reporting centre.

In order to make it even easier for the “whistleblowers” defined in the law to inform us of possible violations, we have now extended the possibility of submitting a corresponding report to include this reporting channel. The report can now also be submitted digitally here and is further processed in accordance with the law by a stored process.

We attach great importance to ensuring that our employees can report any breaches of the law that come to their attention in the course of their work without fear of being penalised. The catalogue of facts that can be the subject of a report is exhaustively listed in Section 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act. After all, tips reported by whistleblowers are very valuable to us.

Employees in the company are often the first to recognise grievances. Your information can ensure that legal violations are uncovered, investigated, prosecuted and prevented. They therefore absolutely deserve protection from discrimination that could threaten or deter them because of their report.
