Your tasks
  • You manage the technical department
  • Responsibility for the supervision, monitoring, control and quality assurance of technical building operations and maintaining the value of the property
  • Preparation of property-related maintenance planning and annual budget planning
  • Ensuring the technical efficiency of the property
  • Monitoring compliance with all deadlines, requirements, Group guidelines and statutory property management regulations (documentation, maintenance, inspections, social insurance inspections, occupational safety, fire and environmental protection)
  • You conduct training courses for employees on topics such as fire protection, lifts, etc. and also perform MOD services
  • Monitoring of detected malfunctions of the technical systems / incident management
Your profile
  • Successfully completed technical training in facility management, building or electrical engineering or comparable qualification (master craftsman/-woman, technician)
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (preferably in building management/facility management for commercial/industrial properties)
  • High level of practical and technical expertise in the field of TGA
  • Confident appearance, analytical and results-orientated thinking
  • Broad IT knowledge (CAFM systems, building management systems, MS Office package)
  • Sense of responsibility, independence, initiative and quality awareness
  • Driving licence class 3 or class B
