Your tasks

Cleanliness and tidiness are in your blood and you are not afraid to take on responsibility? Are you structured and don't lose sight of the big picture? Then you've come to the right place! As Supervisor Housekeeping you are the fairy godmother of the house.

  • You will keep our rooms and public areas tidy. You plan regular special cleanings together with the housekeeper.
  • If something is not working properly, you will know exactly who to contact.
  • You won't run out of cleaning products or linen, as you always keep an eye on the stock.
  • You stand in for the Executive Housekeeper when they are absent, familiarise yourself with new colleagues, trainees and interns and coordinate the external company.
  • If a guest has forgotten something at our hotel, you are also happy to play the postman and send it to them.
  • In all this, you never lose sight of the most important thing - our guests!
Your profile
  • Completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant management or housekeeping
  • Strong guest and service orientation and yet assertive
  • Eye & love for detail and high quality awareness
  • Natural empathy in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Friendly interaction with guests & warm demeanour
  • Good knowledge of German & English
  • Passion for the job & enjoy working in a team
  • Commitment and independent way of working
