Noodle soup like great-grandma Anna's, game from the neighbouring forests or handmade Harz cheese from the cheese dairy in the neighbouring village - we are at home in the Harz and would like to give our guests a culinary impression of the region during their visit. We use the variety of products from our regional suppliers to conjure up creative compositions that bring the Harz and its surroundings to life in terms of flavour. Quality, tradition and passion always take centre stage. We are therefore all the more delighted to be the only restaurant in Wernigerode to have been awarded the "Typically Harz" regional label. The label recognises high-quality products, culinary specialities and traditional craftsmanship from the region.
