Your tasks
  • Providing professional guidance and leadership to employees and trainees
  • Compliance with service standards
  • Active collaboration during the service processes as host in the restaurant
  • Designing the food and drinks menu in consultation with F&B management
  • Advising our guests on our offers and products
  • Developing ideas and implementing F&B promotions together with the team
  • Responsibility for achieving the budgeted sales figures
Your profile
  • Completed training in the hotel industry and relevant professional experience
  • Ideally a sound knowledge of wine
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • A high level of initiative and sales talent
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of German and English
