Your future tasks:

The Baltic Sea is unique in many ways - including its flavours. "Baltic Sea meets the world" - the concept of young chef Jan Kruse and his team stands for unpretentious creations that are prepared and presented with love, passion and a passion for flavour. Whatever is good and appealing is allowed. Unconventional and anything but expected. We are looking for a passionate, stylish and creative host for the Belvedere fine dining restaurant (26 seats + roof terrace in summer). Our guests love the unobtrusive and relaxed service, the peace and quiet, the stylish ambience and the marvellous view.

What you bring with you:
  • You already have experience in upscale catering and have leadership skills.
  • You are a passionate host, have style and are creative.
  • You are actively involved in the design of menus and F&B promotions.
  • Nothing can upset you so easily.
  • You are a master of project work and see yourself as capable of taking the restaurant to the next level.
  • You love customer contact and are a communicative type.
  • You are familiar with the words budget, cost control and optimisation.
  • You see complaints and comments as an opportunity and are able to deal with them.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the table reservation systems at AZ
  • As a sommelier, you have an understanding of wine and are responsible for wine orders
  • Your written and spoken German is impeccable.
