He knows HENRI's favourite places in the area and delights guests with the best insider tips. He handles common reception tasks with coolness and professionalism and even complaints don't upset him. If required, he supports the small, informal Henri team with snacks in the afternoon or mixing drinks in the evening. And on top of that, there's always time for an inspiring chat with guests - just like at home with friends!
