Here you can shine
  • You are the first point of contact for our guests and convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling
  • You actively support all processes at reception and act as an interface for all departments
  • Your main tasks include general front office activities: Check-In & Check-Out
  • You manage incoming calls and keep track of the Outlook inbox
  • Working on the PC and small talk with guests is not difficult for you
  • You are friendly & communicative in dealing with people and always have an open mind
  • You are a passionate host and inspire the guests for the products of the house
