Your tasks
  • Cordial and professional check-in/check-out of our guests
  • Acceptance of on-site reservations
  • Taking over various shifts, including deputising for the night auditor on night duty
  • Advising our guests on their wishes and enquiries
  • Administrative tasks at reception
  • Assisting our guests with their luggage and cars if required
Your profile
  • Completed training in the hotel industry and initial professional experience as a receptionist
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office
  • Competent and cordial demeanour towards guests and colleagues
  • Sincere guest and service orientation
  • Fluency in German and English
