  • Responsibility for a great arrival & departure experience
  • Reservation control, preparation and processing
  • Dealing with enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints
  • Operation of the telephone switchboard

Requirements

This is what we are looking for:

  • Reception and reservation experience
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Natural and self-confident character
