These are your tasks:

• The Austrian warmth is written all over your face when you advise your guests
• Checking guests in and out and rooming them in
• You know your way around everything: Arrival control, cash management and billing etc.
• Deputising for our night auditor during his absence
• You actively contribute to your team's turnover with late checkout, upselling, vouchers, merchandise, etc.
• Accepting and processing room reservations - you help people have the best holiday ever
