  • You work the early and late shift at reception
  • You ensure the best possible guest service within your department, taking into account special guests.
  • You actively support all processes at reception and take on general front office tasks
  • You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially.
  • You are jointly responsible for compliance with credit guidelines
