Your future tasks:

Together with the coolest reception team, you will be the first beaming face our guests see. Show them our IFEN Hotel, familiarise them with the many ways they can spend their best holiday in Kleinwalsertal. Be there for them - with your infectious laugh, your authentic personality and your empathy.

  • You are quick on your feet and can work efficiently on several tasks at the same time
  • You ensure luggage transport on arrival and departure and organise luggage storage
  • Car valet parking is just as much a part of your daily routine as daily post trips - so you need a driving licence
  • Your hiking and excursion tips will brighten up our guests' day
  • You ensure a high level of security and cleanliness on the premises
  • You keep the lobby tidy and clean at all times so that every guest feels comfortable
  • Assisting with garden maintenance in summer and snow clearing in winter is no challenge for you
