What you bring on board
  • You enjoy dealing with guests
  • Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Experience at reception would be great, you are also welcome as a career changer
  • You are responsible and work independently
  • You support your colleagues and show full commitment
  • You have a good command of German and English
  • If you know Protel - great! If not, we'll teach you everything you need to know
  • Your attitude: between ringing phones, guests checking out and spontaneous room moves - you always keep the overview!
