Your tasks:
  • Independent controlling of personnel costs, key personnel figures and preparation of regular reports and analyses
  • Monitoring and analysing deviations between planned and actual figures in the personnel area as well as deriving and
  • Support in the implementation of recommendations for action
  • Preparation of forecasts and projections on the development of personnel costs as well as preparation and
  • preparation and evaluation of monthly HR reports
  • Support with budget planning and control in the HR area
  • Preparation of justifications for deviations in personnel costs compared to planning and forecasts

You bring with you:
  • Degree in business administration, economics or human resources or comparable commercial training
  • Several years of experience in personnel controlling or controlling with a focus on personnel costs
  • Strong understanding of numbers, analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-orientated way of working
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team
