Here you can shine
  • You will be responsible for the proper and efficient management of the housekeeping department including laundry and external service providers in the absence of the head housekeeper.
  • You will support the team with daily cleaning.
  • You will ensure order and cleanliness in the public areas, catering outlets, event and staff areas by means of daily inspections.
  • You check the cleanliness of the cleaned rooms and are responsible for compliance with the A-ROSA standards in the rooms.
  • You are jointly responsible for the registration, storage and dispatch of lost property.
  • You report defects in the rooms and/or in the public areas to the building services department.
  • You share responsibility for uniform handling.
  • You manage the ordering system for the Housekeeping department in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.
  • You support the inventory process.
  • You will actively support trainees, interns and temporary staff in familiarising themselves with their respective areas of responsibility.
  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.
