Your tasks:
  • Responsibility for maximising sales and profits in the hotels of DSR Hotel Holding GmbH and increasing occupancy through groups and banquet events

  • Development, structuring and management of the MICE sales team

  • Strategic support for existing MICE customers

  • Acquisition of potential new customers and development of new target group markets

  • Acquiring and concluding contracts for group bookings, conferences and events in cooperation with the central marketing departments

  • Analysing market trends and the activities of our competitors

  • Preparing and monitoring the department budget

You bring with you:
  • Completed training and/or a degree in the hotel or tourism industry and professional experience in a comparable position
  • You are a passionate service provider: with strong communication skills, a professional and open-minded demeanour and an honest interest in your customers' wishes, you are not just a salesperson for them, but above all a person of trust
  • You want to surpass yourself: clear objectives, an independent way of working and ambition are the key to your success
  • Proactive and independent way of working as well as the ability to think in a networked and entrepreneurial way
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications and an affinity for numbers
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
