Your workplace
The Hotel NEPTUN is a very special place in Warnemünde and is characterised by its direct location on the beach. We are a team that couldn't be more diverse: from old hands to youngsters. Everyone brings their own strengths to the table. Our 3-person guest services team is available for our guests every day and takes care of special requests and holiday wishes.

Main tasks:

  • You will process the extensive guest wish list and requested additional services, coordinate these with the relevant operational departments and external service providers and follow up on individual orders
  • You will ensure proper invoicing
  • You conscientiously maintain our guest register and provide your colleagues with all the necessary information
  • As a deputy, you will be responsible for on-site contact with our guests and ensure comprehensive guest service and feedback management
  • You will assist with administrative tasks such as compiling statistics and actively support special projects and events
What you bring with you
  • You have successfully completed training in the hotel industry or a commercial apprenticeship and have some professional experience in guest service and feedback management
  • You are a host at heart and have a well-groomed appearance
  • You have a high degree of empathy and a good memory for names
  • You have a talent for organisation and always maintain an overview
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German, your manner of expression is extremely discreet and appropriate for our guests
