Your tasks:

• Managing the early and late shifts; deputising for the Night Manager by arrangement
• Ensuring and guaranteeing the corporate standard
• Taking over the room allocation for our guests
• Welcoming and looking after national and international guests
• Checking and processing online reservations and guest files
• Accepting and processing complaints
• Implementation of sales promotion measures (late checkout, upselling, vouchers)
• Close cooperation with our Front Office Manager
• Planning duty rosters and holidays in consultation with the Front Office Manager
• Induction and training of new employees

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a hotel specialist or hotel management assistant
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the position or a comparable position at reception
• Team spirit, organisational talent and the ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations
• IT skills (MS Office, Fidelio, Oracle Suite 8, Sihot desirable)
• Host with a passion for hospitality
• Well-groomed appearance, exemplary manners and confident demeanour
