Responsibilities
  • You work in the early and late shift at reception (in exceptional cases also in the night shift).
  • You ensure the best possible guest service within your department, taking into account special guests.
  • You will familiarise new trainees and interns and be their first point of contact during the induction period.
  • You actively support all processes at reception and take on general front office tasks
  • You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially.
  • You are jointly responsible for compliance with credit guidelines.
  • You inspire our guests with enthusiasm for the hotel\'s products and actively offer them.
  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times
Requirements
  • Completed training as a hotel specialist and / or relevant professional experience
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
  • A high level of initiative and sales talent
  • Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1)
  • Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must
  • Legal right to work in Italy
