  • Your tasks include the holistic and results-orientated management of your team and your department.
  • You are in the lead for service, quality and hygiene standards and are responsible for all activities in the F&B areas (restaurant, bar, kitchen stewarding, staff restaurant, HACCP, costing).
  • You think globally, work rationally and buy regionally, utilising all the resources the company offers you.
  • You manage your department's duty and holiday schedules.
  • You bring your personality fully into our concepts, with your creativity, your courage and your know-how we create great things.
  • You are also the "Trainer in Chief" in your area, we want to train, educate, train, train, develop together.
What you bring with you:
  • You have already gained experience in a similar position, as Deputy F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager
  • You already have experience in employee responsibility and a high level of social skills and coordination, creativity and the courage to try things out.
  • You are passionate about quality awareness and have fun at work.
  • You plan and work like an entrepreneur and you go through life with a healthy dose of humour.
  • You speak fluent German and can also write it. If you also speak a little English, all the better.
  • You are familiar with the usual cash register systems, merchandise management or similar, have shopped online before and the world of Microsoft should be no stranger to you.
