Your contribution to guest happiness
  • Processing event and related room quota enquiries, including the coordination and responsibility of all processes from customer enquiry, offer preparation and contract drafting to invoicing
  • Ensuring good and efficient cooperation between all departments
  • Maintaining guest contact in the event area before, during and after the event

  • Sound hotel training
  • Professional experience in the hotel/catering industry, preferably in the event/conference sector
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Good general education, high level of commitment and willingness to learn
  • Independent & organised work and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
  • Your friendly nature and good manners will delight colleagues and guests
