Administrative activities in the HR department and accounting.

  • Personnel administration
  • Management and maintenance of personnel files
  • Contact person for employees
  • Cash administration
  • Accounts payable administration
  • Preparation of analyses and reporting
  • Dealing with correspondence
Your profile
  • Completed (commercial) training or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in human resources and accounting is an advantage
  • Professional experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
  • Organisational talent and planning reliability
  • An independent and committed way of working
  • Commitment, determination and assertiveness
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Confidence in dealing with MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
