Here you can shine
  • You will provide professional guidance and leadership to employees and trainees.
  • You will work actively as a host in the restaurant during the service processes.
  • You will support the restaurant management in preparing the monthly inventory.
  • You implement trend development and F&B campaigns with the restaurant management.
  • You are a host, advise our guests on the resort's offers and products and actively offer them.
  • You are jointly responsible for achieving the budgeted sales figures.
  • You take on administrative tasks.
  • You monitor and ensure compliance with service standards.
  • You will deputise for the restaurant manager in his absence.
What sets you apart
  • Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist and relevant professional experience in the hotel industry
  • Ideally, you have sommelier skills and an instructor qualification
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests, colleagues and employees
  • A high level of expertise that you can pass on to your colleagues
  • A goal-orientated and responsible way of working
