Your tasks

  • Professional guidance and management of new employees and trainees

  • Supporting the host during the service processes

  • Advising guests on our offers and products

  • Contributing to the design of the culinary offer in consultation with F&B management

  • Sharing responsibility for achieving the budgeted sales figures

  • Monitoring and compliance with all HACCP regulations and all hotel standards

  • Deputising for the host in the event of absence

Your profile
  • Completed training in the hotel or catering industry and relevant professional experience
  • Ideally a sound knowledge of wine (especially in the areas of southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol)
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • High level of initiative and sales talent
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of English
