The deputy hotel manager knows the work at reception and the processes in reservations like the back of her hand. As a deputy for the hotel management, you will also take on management tasks and administrative activities. Not only will you entertain our guests with a mischievous grin and a wink, but as Quality Manager you will also be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire hotel.

In other words, the tasks are:

  • Guiding the reception team and assisting in all FO matters including processing reservations
  • Looking after and advising guests
  • Supporting and representing the hotel management in operational and administrative areas, including staff supervision and rostering for all employees and external companies in the hotel
  • Ensuring quality standards throughout the hotel
  • Responsible for housekeeping
