  • Your tasks include the holistic and result-responsible deputy management of your team
  • You liaise directly with the Front Office Manager and represent him in all matters
  • You take care of quality assurance in your department with the aim of constantly increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of our guests
  • As a Community Host and Assistant Team Leader, you are always present and like to lend a hand yourself, while remaining cool even when all guests arrive at the same time
  • You bring your personality fully into our concepts, with your creativity, your courage and your know-how we create great things.
  • You recognise talents and promote them together with the Leadership Team; we want to educate, train, coach and develop together.
What you bring with you:
  • You have already gained experience in a similar position in the front office.
  • You already have experience in employee responsibility and a high level of social competence and coordination skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English and can also write it.
