  • supports the Catering Manager in the commercial and personnel management of the service area with approx. 60 employees.
  • Ensure smooth operations in all catering outlets and the banqueting area.
  • take measures to ensure compliance with the current budget/forecast and are jointly responsible for realising the company's goals.
  • actively participate in the innovative further development of the F&B offer, taking into account the A-ROSA guidelines with regard to health-orientated and sustainable orientation.
  • support personnel development and promotion in the service team.
  • are continuously involved in cross-departmental process optimisation.
  • keep an eye on costs and the use of goods.
  • ensure an economically optimised duty and holiday schedule in the service area.
