Requirements

Your tasks:

  • Supervision and management of the entire bar team in both hotels
  • Creating duty rosters and responsible for the team's holiday planning
  • Close cooperation with the F&B Manager, the Executive Chef and coordination in the area of Food & Beverage
  • Coordinating tasks at the bar and ensuring a smooth service workflow in accordance with the company's quality standards
  • Creating and editing the drinks menus
  • Supporting the F&B Manager with administrative tasks (inventory, bar concepts)
  • Checking the drinks inventory
  • Customer service and advice on beverage selection
  • Preparation of aperitifs, cocktails, digestives and other drinks


What you bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training in the upscale hotel & catering industry
  • Several years of experience in a comparable role (Bar Manager, Chef de Bar)
  • Ideally completed further training in the bar or service sector
  • Sound expertise in beverage science
  • Knowledge of the legal hygiene and health regulations relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages
  • Sound knowledge of inventory and stock control
  • Role model and mentor for the young specialists
  • Leader with team player qualities
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
