Your tasks
  • Responsibility for the entire organisation and management of our hotel bar
  • Ensuring that operations run smoothly
  • Organising the team in front of and behind the bar
  • Welcoming and serving guests, ensuring excellent service and a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Creating the bar menu according to seasonal changes and coordinating the offer with the hotel's activities
  • Creating holiday and duty rosters
  • Technical instruction, assessment and promotion of employees
Your profile
  • Completed training in the hotel / catering industry and professional experience as a bar manager (m/f/d)
  • Enjoy developing new cocktails
  • Positive charisma and enthusiasm
  • High level of expertise that you can pass on to the team
  • Sincere guest and service orientation
  • Fluency in German and English
