Your tasks
During the 3-year training programme to become a chef (m/f/d), you will get to know the kitchen at CARLS Restaurant at Hamburg's Elbphilharmonie from the ground up:
  • You can expect varied and challenging tasks
  • You will learn how to prepare all kinds of dishes and present them attractively
  • You will buy food and check its quality
  • You will learn how to store and use ingredients and food in compliance with hygiene regulations
