Here you control the feel-good experience
  • We first teach you the basics of your 3-year training in the operational areas of housekeeping, service, kitchen and reception. This is followed by commercially orientated content such as revenue management, marketing, human resources, merchandise management and purchasing.
  • You will learn to pull the strings in the background and manage the various areas of the hotel business from a commercial perspective.
  • Your main tasks will be in the commercial-administrative area, such as determining and analysing operational key figures, assisting with personnel planning and recruitment, obtaining quotations, calculating sales prices and developing marketing measures.
  • Gain insights into the diversity, organisation and management of hotel teams.
What you bring on board
  • You have a good secondary school leaving certificate, are at least 16 years old and see your vocation in the hotel industry!
  • Your family and friends describe you as open-minded and curious.
  • Good manners and a charming demeanour round off your profile.
