CENTRALIZED CONTROL, REGIONAL OPERATIONS

In order to ensure rapid and effective growth of the individual hotel and resort brands, the processes are managed centrally and developed in a bundled manner across the individual properties.

The headquarters of DSR Hotel Holding acts as a strategic link and service provider for the hotels and resorts. In addition to administrative tasks, finance and HR processes and workflows, the customer center, marketing, sales and revenue management are also centrally active here. DSR Hotel Holding has its own development and pre-opening division for a targeted expansion strategy.
