Compulsory training forms the foundation. We go beyond the mandatory training required by law and have identified additional topics in which we at DSR Hotel Holding provide our employees with further training.

Basic level training is aimed at all employees and covers a wide range of topics. From soft skills training to product training, everything is included.

The Expert Level is also aimed at all employees and is an extension of the knowledge from the Basic Level.

The Master Level is aimed at all employees who have been with the company for some time and may also have more specialized areas of responsibility. In the training courses at this level, the topics from the previous levels are specialized. (Example communication: Basic Level = basics of communication, Expert Level = better communication, Master Level = negotiation skills)

Where would we be without our talents? Talents on duty offers members of our talent program the opportunity to prove themselves in special subject areas and thus achieve further development as a manager

Our trainee program is designed to prepare our talents in all aspects for the complex challenges of management responsibility and to expand the experience they have gained to date

We offer a wide range of leadership training courses for our managers. Even if you are already a manager, you need regular training in order to be optimally equipped for all challenges.

Further training can also be more informal. We therefore offer special events in the “Events” section. From workshops to a trainee cup, extraordinary offers are gradually being created here.

Further training is not only important and necessary. Further training can also be a reward. We therefore offer training courses in the “Incentive” area that are aimed at deserving employees.
