- You support and represent the head chef in the economic and personnel management.
- You are jointly responsible for coordinating and implementing the work processes in Front Cooking.
- You will be responsible for the production of the varied and high-quality food on offer in Front Cooking and the daily changing themed buffets.
- You enjoy finding out about new trends on the market and actively incorporating them into the planning, recipe and development of new dishes.
- You ensure our high quality standards.
- You will provide professional instruction and ongoing training for the subordinate employees and trainees in your area.
- Completed training as a chef and relevant professional experience
- Enthusiasm for modern, innovative cuisine
- Enjoy cooking in front of guests
- High level of expertise
