Here you can shine
  • You are the first point of contact for the tenants of our 101 residential units
  • You carry out flat handovers and returns and furnish the flats according to the tenants' wishes before they move in
  • You monitor compliance with the house rules
  • You have an eye for necessary repairs and renovations
  • You coordinate appointments with external tradesmen
  • You carry out small repairs independently where possible
