- Professional experience in a comparable position or at least 2 years' experience as a chef de partie
- Fun and enjoy working even in stressful situations
- You are familiar with hygiene and HACCP requirements
- Control of other positions in collaboration with the sous chef and head chef
- Confident handling of the usual MS Office programmes
- Creating new dishes and ideas with the whole team
- Ordering in the absence of the head chef
- You will fully contribute to a new, young, creative, motivated kitchen team and
- are a reliable and flexible crew member, responsible and act as a role model
