Here's a look at what makes your job with us so interesting
  • Compliance with and monitoring of all specified standards and guidelines in the restaurant
  • Close cooperation with the respective restaurant manager and the kitchen manager
  • Preparation for a smooth service process (breakfast / lunch / dinner)
  • Looking after and advising guests on their choice of food and drinks
  • Developing and implementing restaurant promotions in collaboration with the F&B manager and restaurant manager
  • Checking and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards (HAACP) in the restaurant
  • Responsible for detailed training of new colleagues in the department
What you bring with you
  • Completed training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Wine affinity is an advantage
  • Organisational talent
  • Independent and quality-orientated way of working
  • Planning and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
  • Confident appearance and skilful manners
  • Very good language skills in German and English
