Do you love orchestrating details and have an eye for how rooms can not only shine, but sparkle? As head housekeeper (m/f/d), you will ensure that our guests feel completely at ease with your commitment - from the perfect bed fold to a warm welcome.

Your mission

As the heart and soul of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for managing and organising the department. With a mix of leadership skills, a sense of beauty and attention to detail, you create an atmosphere in which guests and employees feel equally at home

  • Manager of perfection: You coordinate, organise and control all housekeeping processes - from room checks to laundry planning
  • Mentor & motivator: You lead your team with heart and mind, promote talent and create an atmosphere of trust and cooperation.
  • Aesthetics expert: With your trained eye, you ensure that rooms, suites and public areas always look their best.
  • Efficiency pro: You create duty rosters, monitor budgets and ensure that everything runs smoothly - even when things get hectic.
  • Sustainability champion: You ensure that our high standards are also implemented in an environmentally conscious manner.
