Your tasks

  • You check the cleanliness of the cleaned rooms and are responsible for compliance with the A-ROSA standards in the rooms

  • You take over the cleaning of rooms and, if necessary, re-cleaning at the guest's request

  • You are jointly responsible for the proper running of the department

  • You report defects in the rooms and / or in the public areas to the building services department

  • You are responsible for the proper processing of lost property

  • You respond to guest requests (e.g. extra beds, additional room facilities)

  • You take care of the cleanliness of the back office area and the storage areas in housekeeping

  • You actively support employees and trainees in familiarising themselves with their respective areas of responsibility

  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.

Your profile

  • Completed training in hotel management/housekeeping or relevant professional experience in a comparable field

  • sound expertise in the care of high-quality facilities

  • a competent and cordial demeanour

  • a sincere guest and service orientation

  • a positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and your team

  • Communication and teamwork skills

  • an eye and attention to detail and cleanliness
