Your future tasks:
  • To be a cordial host. With all your knowledge about the hotel you convince guests, inform as well as recommend. You simply love communicating and are highly communicative.
  • From the first step into the hotel to a relaxed departure - with your check-in and check-out, guests simply feel at home.
  • Being a hero because you impress with your reliable work at reception (e.g. key management, arrival preparations, responsibility for your own cash register, etc.).
  • Being a sales professional! Whether it's recommending activities during a guest's stay, upselling to another room category or reserving a table in our restaurants - you simply enjoy a sales pitch.
  • Being a top colleague through professional communication and co-operation with other departments.
  • Creating a feel-good atmosphere for guests.
What you bring with you:
  • Completed hotel training and/or several years of professional experience in the reception area as well as a willingness to undergo further training.
  • Are you looking for a new challenge and want to take the next step? Perhaps you have been trained for 2-3 years and love and take pride in working at the front office. Then now is the time for a new position in a new environment!
  • A positive and friendly charisma!
  • You are passionate about being an enthusiastic host and impressing guests with your expertise.
  • Your advice and care are infectious and competent.
