Your tasks
  • Advise customers on the selection of training programmes, taking into account physical, time and technical requirements
  • Put together service and support concepts and tailor them to customer requirements
  • Prepare, provide and present training equipment
  • Carry out maintenance and adjustment work on the equipment
  • Support and advise customers during the training programme
  • Offer and represent products and other services
  • Receive customer objections and complaints and respond appropriately or provide advice if necessary
  • Office work (correspondence, customer records, postal correspondence, issuing payment receipts, membership cards, etc.)
  • Inform and advise customers about the entire range of services offered by the training organisation

With this comprehensive training programme, you will become an all-round talent in fitness and wellbeing, whether in the wellness and hotel sector or in the leisure and sports sector - we will make you fit in terms of fitness support.

Your profile
  • A keen interest in sport
  • A good school-leaving certificate and/or initial experience in the leisure and sports industry or in the wellness hotel industry through internships and/or holiday jobs
  • A positive charisma and active in sports
  • An infectious personality and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
  • A high level of initiative and ambition
  • A willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good command of English
