Your tasks:
- Supporting the Director Revenue Management in the coordination/management of a sub-team of the Revenue Management department of DSR Hotel Holding
- Responsibility for the management and coordination of the Cluster South/North team of the Revenue Management department consisting of up to 5 Cluster Revenue Managers in the respective region
- Close coordination with the other team leaders and the Director Revenue Management to ensure a uniform strategy/working method
- Contact person for other departments, in particular Marketing, Sales, Reservations and Operations as well as the Directors of the properties to ensure smooth cooperation and maximise revenue potential
- Bundling, prioritising and coordinating topics and tasks within the team
- Regularly analysing and reporting revenue performance to the Director Revenue Management and the Executive Board
- Training and further development of Cluster Revenue Managers through pairing, mentoring and coaching
You bring with you:
- Completed studies or training in hotel management or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in revenue management, ideally with initial management experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as experience in working with different departments
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- Experience in leading and motivating a team desirable
- Very good knowledge of PMS protel and SIHOT, CRS, RMS Duetto and other tools (rate shopping, benchmarking, extranets OTAs)
- Business fluent in German and English
