Your tasks. You ...
  • lead and manage the F&B area economically and in terms of personnel with approx. 70 employees.
  • contribute to budget planning.
  • take measures to ensure compliance with the current budget/forecast and are responsible for realising the company's goals.
  • actively participate in the innovative further development of the F&B offer, taking into account the A-ROSA guidelines with regard to health-orientated and sustainable orientation.
  • are responsible for personnel development and promotion in the F&B area.
  • work continuously on cross-departmental process optimisation.
  • monitor F&B costs and the use of goods.
  • ensure an economically optimised work and holiday schedule in all departments of the division.
Your profile. You have ...
  • a completed catering apprenticeship and / or a degree with a focus on business administration
    or hotel industry as well as several years of professional and management experience.
  • a high level of expertise.
  • a representative style in employee management and motivation.

  • A high level of analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Organisational talent and strong quality awareness.
