Your tasks:

• Setting up and dismantling the breakfast buffet
• Preparation of food at the breakfast buffet
• Support and preparation of MEP work
• Ensuring the quality of the prepared food
• Proper handling of food and work equipment
• Ensuring and monitoring quality standards and hygiene regulations
• according to HACCP
• Preparation and post-processing of food for the staff bistro

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a chef and/or several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the hotel industry
• Quality awareness, product knowledge and very good food knowledge
• Commitment, team spirit and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage)
• Hands-on mentality
