Your tasks
  • You identify with our A-ROSA F&B concept and give free rein to your own creative ideas in terms of conceptual development and service processes (in consultation).
  • You are responsible for the smooth running of all F&B outlets as well as the goods receiving department and go the extra mile for our guests together with your team.
  • You are responsible for staff development and promotion in the F&B area.
  • You keep an eye on the budget.
Your profile
  • (Management) experience in an equivalent position.
  • A reliable, responsible and independent way of working.
  • A positive charisma combined with a hands-on mentality.
  • You live the service concept.
  • You create a positive, motivating atmosphere within the team.
