  • You take responsibility and deputise for Morris in his absence
  • You support the creation of new menus and the further development of our F&B offer
  • You and your team ensure the culinary satisfaction of guests and employees - the concept: regional soul food with a community feeling
  • You take care of the professional preparation and creative presentation of dishes for our soul food restaurant
  • You are also jointly responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with HACCP regulations in the entire kitchen area
  • You take over your own kitchen post and are happy to bring your personality and creativity into play
  • You support the induction and training of new employees and trainees
What you bring with you:
  • You have completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) and have several years of professional experience in a kitchen.
  • You enjoy cooking and working with fresh and regional products is important to you.
  • You bring a good mood and positive vibes and can inspire your colleagues.
  • You speak fluent German and can also write it. If you also speak a little English, all the better.
