Your tasks
  • You will ensure a smooth service flow at all internal and external events (e.g. conferences, company events and family celebrations), from set-up to saying goodbye to guests.
  • You advise our guests and can recommend complementary food and drinks.
  • You run your own station.
  • You will support your colleagues from the F&B service team in other catering areas as required.
  • You record sales in the Matrix cash register system.
  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.
Your profile
  • Professional experience in the catering industry, ideally in event service
  • A competent and cordial demeanour.
  • A sincere guest and service orientation.
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of initiative and sales talent.
  • Good knowledge of English.
